Terms of Use

The rules for visiting and using this website. Last updated 2026-05-16.

Acceptance

By visiting buckeyevalleychamber.org, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to the website only. They are separate from the Chamber bylaws and the membership agreement that govern your relationship with the Chamber as a member.

What this site is

The site is an informational resource for the Buckeye Valley area. It hosts a member business directory, an events calendar, membership information, a relocation guide, and Chamber contact details. Information about non-Chamber organizations and external sites is provided as a convenience and is not an endorsement.

Who can use it

The site is open to the general public. We do not require registration to browse. Some features (such as the Member Login button) redirect to a separate, third-party system that has its own terms and account requirements.

How you agree to use it

  • Do not scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract content in bulk from the directory, calendar, or other pages by automated means.
  • Do not use the site to send unsolicited communications to members, to misrepresent yourself, or to interfere with the site or the network it runs on.
  • Do not introduce malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or probe the site for vulnerabilities outside the disclosure process described in our security.txt file.
  • Use the information here for lawful purposes only and in good faith.

Directory and event listings

Member listings are based on information members provide to the Chamber. We try to keep listings accurate but we do not warrant that any listing is current, complete, or error-free. Inclusion in the directory is not a Chamber endorsement of a member's products or services. To request a correction, email info@buckeyevalleychamber.org.

Event entries are sourced from the Chamber, the City of Buckeye, and member submissions. Dates, times, and locations can change. Confirm event details with the host before traveling.

Intellectual property

The Chamber owns or licenses the content on this site, including written copy, layouts, logos, and the visual design. You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts with credit. You may not copy substantial portions, reproduce the site elsewhere, or use Chamber marks or member logos in a way that suggests endorsement, without written permission.

Third-party links and services

This site links to external destinations: member websites, the Chamber Organizer member portal, the Docu.team resource center, the Buckeye Business Index, and various government and community resources. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any external site. Visiting an external link is at your own discretion and risk.

Disclaimer

The site is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Information here is general in nature and should not be relied on as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. Confirm anything material with the relevant professional or with the source organization.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Arizona law, the Chamber and its officers, directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim arising from the site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD $100), which is the maximum amount you can recover.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Chamber harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arises from your misuse of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
