Starting in 2003 as a Buckeye, Arizona Realtor, I started in a very good market, then we all watched it transition to a very tough market. I was very successful through the very challenging "Great Recession," where Arizona was one of the top 5 worst Real Estate markets for foreclosures (AZ, NV, FL, CA & CO).

In 2009 alone, our foreclosure team, TeamKJ REO, sold over 225 foreclosure properties. These days we are focusing on assisting homeowners to buy and sell now that traditional real estate seems to be back.
