Founded in 1951 as Luke Federal Credit Union on Luke Air Force Base, Credit Union West began with a noble mission: to improve the financial lives of military members and their families through trusted, service-focused financial solutions. While our name evolved, Credit Union West was officially adopted on November? 29,?1999, our core purpose remains unchanged: serving the dedicated men and women of the armed forces with unwavering commitment.

Today, we are proud to extend that same spirit of service beyond the base, welcoming as members anyone who lives, works, or worships across Arizona, spanning Apache, Cochise, Coconino, Gila, Maricopa, Mohave, Navajo, Pima, Pinal, Yavapai, and Yuma counties. As a not-for-profit credit union, our members are our top priority. Rather than maximizing profits, any surplus funds are reinvested, either enhancing member benefits or supporting local communities.
